Next month, Olga Dyckman is honored to be featured in the Women of Influence section of Luxury Home Magazine.
Olga is a native of Washington, born and raised in Seattle, and a graduate of Seattle Pacific University with a BA in Finance. She began her career with Nordstrom, where she spent 10 years in sales, management, and as a corporate financial analyst in strategic planning. Soon after, she discovered her true passion—real estate.
Licensed since 2001, Olga has specialized in new construction sales with a focus on downtown Seattle high-rise projects. She completed the Master Builder CSP course and has closed over 500 sales totaling more than $500 million. Olga has worked directly with developers to market and sell some of Seattle’s top condominium projects, including Olive 8, 5th & Madison, and Escala. While serving as sales manager and developer liaison, she gained invaluable expertise that set her apart as a leading expert in downtown condos. From 2005–2014, she managed record-breaking sales, including 269 closings at Escala in just three years, consistently ranking in the top 1% of sales in Seattle.
Her commitment to client satisfaction continues to be one of the main reasons buyers and sellers choose her time and again. In addition to her expertise in downtown luxury condos, Olga also works with clients in residential neighborhoods such as Queen Anne, Capitol Hill, and Madison Park.
Beyond real estate, Olga is passionate about community and service. She has held leadership roles at St. Joseph School, serving as Auction Chair, committee member, and Development Chair. She is also a member of the Seattle Art Museum Supporters, where she co-chaired the Nordstrom Designer Preview in 2015, raising $210,000 for the museum. Most recently, she was honored with an invitation to join the Sunset Club.
In her free time, Olga enjoys traveling, golfing, spending time with family and friends, and visiting Sun Valley, Idaho.
